Female flyer charged after taking her pants off to perform s3x act mid-flight

Tuesday, September 29, 2026 - A female airline passenger "took her pants off" and "started loudly m@sturbating" mid-flight, police claim. 

Bartender Katy Inzer, 46, was allegedly caught in the act by male passenger and he raised an alarm during the Miami-bound flight on September 11. 

Inzer was then reportedly told to put her underwear back on by a flight attendant after the male passenger reported her. 

Police swooped on the plane as it landed in Miami International Airport after reports of a "female causing a disturbance on an inbound flight" from Baltimore. 

She told cops she couldn't remember what had happened as she "fell asleep" during the flight. An arrest report said Inzer had a strong smell of alcohol and "blood shot eyes". 

Flight attendant Gabriel Barrero told cops that he was approached 20 minutes into the flight by a 61-year-old male passenger who reported that the woman in Seat 9D had removed her pants and "began to actively m@sturbate while making inappropriate sounds." 

Gabriel said he approached Inzer and "told her to put her pants back on". He claims Inzer complied "without further incident" and eventually fell asleep for the remainder of the flight. 

Inzer told cops that her departure from Baltimore had been delayed two hours "and as a result, she had several drinks before boarding the flight." 

Since the incident occurred in-flight, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office decided it was a matter for the FBI to handle and forwarded its report to a bureau agent. 

The status of the FBI inquiry is unclear, but no charges appear to have been filed against Inzer, US media reports. 

An arrest report released to US media reads: "Mr. Barrera stated that approximately 20 minutes after takeoff, he was approached by a passenger witness who reported witnessing other who was seated in seat 9d, remove her pants and began to actively m@sturbate while making inappropriate sounds. 

"Mr. Barrera stated that he approached Ms. Inzer and instructed her to put her pants back on which Ms. Inzer complied without further incident and subsequently Ms. Inzer fell asleep for the remainder of the flight. 

"This unit interviewed Ms. Inzer who had a strong odour of alcohol beverage and she had blood shot eyes as well. Ms. Inzer stated that her flight was delayed for two hours in Baltimore and as a result, she had several drinks before boarding the flight. 

"Ms. Inzer stated that she does not remember what occurred during flight because she fell asleep. FBI agent Justin Houston was notified and he advised to forward him a copy of this report."
