DANNY JONES and TOM FLETCHER quit ‘The Voice’

Tuesday, June 30, 2026- Rumours that Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher have quit The Voice UK have triggered major attention, with reports indicating the McFly duo will not return for the next series of the ITV talent show.

The pair, who famously shared a “double chair” coaching role, became one of the show’s most distinctive recent additions after joining in 2024 and guiding their first contestant to victory.

According to entertainment reports, the departure is linked to scheduling pressures and growing professional commitments rather than on-set conflict.

Both Fletcher and Jones are understood to be balancing multiple creative projects, including music, writing, and touring obligations, making a full return to the long filming cycle of The Voice UK increasingly difficult. ITV has not issued an official confirmation, but production changes and coaching reshuffles have been a recurring feature of the show in recent years.

The reported exit marks a significant reset for the programme as it prepares for its next season, with producers expected to refresh the coaching panel once again.

While fans have responded strongly to the news, the format of The Voice UK has historically absorbed frequent lineup changes without losing momentum. If confirmed, the departure of Fletcher and Jones would open the door for new coaching talent and a fresh dynamic on one of Britain’s most-watched music competition shows.
